Description
NA The Department of The Army plans to procure Depot Level Repair Services of approximately 274 Cargo Utility GPS Receiver (CUGR) or AN/ASN-175 Navigation Signals Sets, NSN 5826-01-442-4579 Repair service is limited to the Receiver Radio, P/N: 82128-00, NSN: 5826-01-441-9797 and Amplifier, Electronic, P/N: 81827-00, NSN: 5996-01-442-0832. . A Four-Year Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity, Firm- Fixed-Price Contract is contemplated. The Minimum Annual Quantity is 25 each. The Maximum Annual Quantity is 100. Required Turn-around Time (TAT) for repair is between 10 and 21 days within his facility for each required service. A non-competitive negotiation is proposed with Trimble Navigation Limited, 645 North Mary Avenue, Sunnyvale CA 94086. Trimble Navigation Limited is the only contractor with facilities and qualified personnel to fulfill the repair requirements for the CUGR. Government sources cannot fulfill these services, because the Army does not have the necessary Depot Maintenance Work Requirements (DMW R), repair parts and special test equipment to perform depot repairs.
