- NA Contractor shall all labor, material,equipment and transportation required to maintain the landscaped areas of Pine Bluff Arsenal in accordance with Statement of Work entitled Landscape Maintenance. The period of performance is 1 year with 4 option years. Place of Performance is Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, AR 71602-9500. A firm-fixed price requirements contract will be awarded.
