Description

NA The work consists of the removal and proper disposal of two (2) existing diesel generators, one (1) existing station control center, and three (3) existing motor control centers. Work also consists of installation of one (1) new diesel engine generator se t, one (1) new station control center, and three (3) new motor control centers which include state of the art PLC type engine controls and monitoring devices. All components necessary shall be added to the existing storm water pump engines to ensure prope r monitoring and control. The station shall be made available to pump during a flood emergency situation no matter the status of construction. Temporary power shall be installed at the site to keep pump station office portion functioning and open for bus iness during the construction phase. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $250,000 and $500,000. There are ten (10) sheets in the set of drawings. This will be an unrestricted procurement. For the purpose of this procurement to qualify a s a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated, and not dominate in the field of operating in which it is bidding on Government contracts, the concern must have had average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal y ears not exceeding $12,000,000.00 or other criteria as prescribed by the Small Business Administration. The supplies or services to be procured in this solicitation are classified in Standard Industrial Code 1731 and NAICS Code 238210.
