- Description
- Single award formal bid contract for production and delivery of 1,700 two-volume 216 x 279 mm (8-1/2 x 11?) perfect bound book sets. Each set prints cover and text in black ink, plus seven 711 x 711 mm (28 x 28?) four-color process maps that each fold and insert into a kraft envelope bound along the book spine. Each set also includes a reply card and companion CD-ROM disc that inserts into a sleeve affixed onto Cover 3 of Volume I. Required contract operations include copy pickup, printing from furnished hardcopy and digital copy, proofs, black and four-color process Quality Level 3 printing, shrink-wrapping, boxing, labeling, palletizing and delivery.
