Description

This is a notice of intent to negotiate a contract on a sole source basis with Tactical Support Equipment (TSE), 6504 Bagdad Road, Fayetteville, NC 28306 to purchase the following items. Three (3) Each Of Surveillance and Reconnaissance Upgrade Kits # 1. Current Capability: Recon Kit #1: Camcorder, spotting scope, 100-500mm Lens, Multi Adapter 2 Inch and 8 X 32 Lens. Upgrade Recon Kit #1: CCD Sensor, 25mm Lens, Night Scope, 5590 adapter to Camcorder, 5590 Adapter 12 volt, 2 pin power cable, 37mm-42.5 mm step ring, 37-37mm step ring, 2X extender, Tripod 52 Inch, Manual Tilt and Pan, 128mb Memory Stick X 2, Pelican Case 1650 and Video Cable Set(10 cables). Three (3) Each Surviellance and Reconnaissance Upgrade Kits # 2. Current Capability: Camcorder, Spotting Scope, Mono Lock/PVS-14 and 8 X 32 Lens. Upgrade Recon Kit #2: CCD Sensor, 25mm Lens, Night Scope, 5590 adapter to Camcorder, 5590 Adapter 12 volt, 2 pin power cable, 37mm-42.5 mm step ring, 37-37mm step ring, 2X extender, Tripod 52 Inch, Manual Tilt and Pan, 128mb Memory Stick X 2, Pelican Case 1650, Video Cable Set(10 cables), Multi Adapter 2 Inch and 100mm-500mm lens. Two (2) Each of Transmitter Video Sets consisting of the following equipment: LCD Monitor ? 1 each, Power Block ? 2 each, Power Cables ? 4 each, Video Cables ? 6 each, Microwave Video RCV ? 1 each, Microwave Video TX ? 1 each, UHF Video RCV ? 1 each, Antenna Yagi ? 2 each, Fiber Optic Video RCV ? 1 each, Fiber Optic Video TX ? 1 each, Fiber Cable ? 1 roll, Tripods 52 Inch ? 2 each and Pelican Waterproof Case ? 1 each. One (1) Each Talking Sensor Kit consisting of the following equipment: Seismic Sensors ? 8 each, Magnetic/IR Sensor ? 4 each, Seismic Detectors ? 8 each, Magnetic Detectors ? 2 each, IR Detectors ? 2 each, Frequency Software ? 1 each and Carrying Case ? 1 each. All Equipment Must Be Compatible with Reconnaissance Surviellance Target Acquisition (RSTA) Kits. Interested parties may identify interest and capability by submitting technical and pricing data within 15 days of publication of this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 15 days after date of publicaiton of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determing whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
