- Description
- The U. S. Postal Service is soliciting proposals from selected contractors for the generator replacement at the Main Post Office in Barrigada, Guam. The work is to be completed in 180 days after notice to proceed. Estimated range is $500,000-$600,000. This is an owned facility. The proposal must contain the offeror's overhead, profit, bonds, insurance, and all other contingencies. No allowance for such items will be made after contract award. The minority subcontracting goal for this contract will be 11%. Offers will not be publicly opened. All proposal information will remain confidential until award.
