Description

Sources Sought. The U.S. Department of Commerce, NOAA intends to purchase the following item for the National Weather Service (NWS), to be placed in stock at the National Logistics Support Center (NLSC) in Kansas City, MO. NSN: 5895-01-411-5106, ASN: S100-1A6S1, Switch, RF Modem, w/leads, AAI pn: 62828-40221-10, quantity of 200 each. Specifications and drawings will be provided with the Request for Quotation (RFQ). No like or similar items will be accepted. The Government intends to award to a contractor who can provide the exact item specified above. Any source capable of providing the referenced equipment, may respond in writing to the address stated herein, within ten (10) days of this publication. Interested firms must provide in writing its name, address, point of contact, telephone number, business size and a brief statement regarding its capability to provide the specified equipment, and the name, telephone number and point of contact for businesses or other Government agencies to which it has previously provided the equipment. This information may be faxed to (816) 426-7530. An RFQ will be issued on or about May 19, 2003. The NAICS code is 335999. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business.
