Description

The purpose of this modification #2 to solicitation # SALMEC-03-R-0046 is to replace the requirement for the offeror's facility location to not exceed a 50-road-mile radius from the Dept of State main building at 2201 C Street Washington, DC with the following: "The offeror's facility location shall be no more than one hour in distance from the Dept of State main building at 2201 C St., Washington, D.C. This distance requirement applies to consultants too. Please note that the DOS will not pay transportation costs from the contractor's or consultant's site to the DOS main building." All other terms and condition of the original solicitation remain the same.
