- Description
- Potential sources are sought for on-site Preventive Maintenance and Intervening Service Repair of Varian Linear Accelerators located in the Department of Radiation Therapy at David Grant Medical Center, Travis AFB, CA. Offeror shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, tools, parts, materials, supervision, travel and other items and services required for accomplishing comprehensive maintenance service support to include, as a minimum, preventive and unscheduled corrective maintenance for government owned Critical Radiation Therapy Systems to ensure 95% or better minimum uptime, per system, calculated (separately) on a monthly basis. Following is a list of equipment to be maintained: Varian Linear Accelerator, Clinac 2100C; Varian Multi-Leaf Collimator; Varian Ximatron Simulator. This acquisition is unrestricted, open to both small and large businesses. A contract is expected to be awarded for one year starting 1 Oct 03, plus four option years. Potential offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to transact business with the Government. The NAICS Code is 811219.
