NA PRON: AX3Q0155AX, NSN: 1650-01-216-6000, PN: 206-076-031-105, Quantity: 40 each minimum/800 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the OH-58 D Airframe. F.O.B. Destination with deliveries to New Cumb erland, PA 17070-5001. This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., 600 E. Hurst Blvd, Hurst, TX 76053, Cage Code 97499, and HR Textron, Inc., 25200 West Rye Canyon Road, Valencia, CA 91355-1265 Cage Code 81873, because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. Required Delivery with First Article Testing is 20 each 225 Days After Contract Award, and 20 each mont h thereafter. Required Delivery without First Article Testing is 20 each 150 Days After Contract Award (DACA), and 20 each month thereafter. Required Delivery with Alternate II Clause is 20 each 188 DACA and 20 each month thereafter. Firms that can pro duce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website ww.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. T he closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
