Description

Gov.Works is issuing this competitive RFQ to solicit selected General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract holders for the purpose of entering into a Task Order under an existing GSA schedule contract. GovWorks will conduct this acquisition using Subpart 8.4 under the Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is being issued by GovWorks under the Department of the Interior Franchise Fund on behalf of the National Cancer Institute, Center for Bioinformatics. Note: Only vendors with current GSA/FSS schedules are eligible for this solicitation. However, a vendor without a GSA FSS schedule may team with a GSA schedule holder. A full list of GSA FSS schedule holders may be found on the following website: www.gsa.gov. This is an open competion to all GSA/FSS schedule holders. This is a new requirement. There is no incumbent. If you are interested in this acquisition, you may locate the RFQ letter of instructions/evaluation factors and statement of work on the following website http://www.govworks.gov/vendor/csolicit.asp. No calls concerning this solicitation will be accepted. Documents are posted under RFQ72663. 1. Technical Questions Due: May 15, 2003 no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. No questions will be accepted after the May 15 date and time. The Government response to the questions will be posted on FedBizOpps. 2. Technical and Cost Proposal Due: June 05, 2003 on or before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
