- Description
- This is an Indefinite Quantitiy, Job Order Contract. The contract is for a base year and four one-year option periods. The maximum annual value of the contract is $50,000,000. Task Orders issued under this contract will range from $100,000 to $8,000,000; however, smaller and larger dollar value projects may be considered. The contract will provide construction, alteration and repair of Government facilities for the Hampton Roads Area. Design/Build projects will also be considered for this contract. The Contractor will utilize prices specified in the current R.S. Means Master File Cost Data, the SUCCESS estimatiang program, and the applicable coefficient. Offerors shall propose standard coefficients to adjust the Means prices for this request for proposal. The cost index for the City of Norfolk will be used regardless of where the work is performed in Hampton Roads.The approximate Solicitation Release Date is 22 May 2003. This solicitation is available in electronic format only. All documents will be in the Adobe Acrobat PDF file format via the Internet. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this project 236220 with a Size Standard of $28.5 million. This project is not set aside for small business. In accordance with the provisions of DFARS 252-204-7004, REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION, offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Reegistration (CCR) database. Lack of registration in the CCR database on the part of the offeror will make an offeror ineligible for award.
