Description

Please see pre-solicitation N00600-03-R-1361-00005, in order to download the actual solicitation for black backpack w/holster, computer case and cell phone carrier (heavy canvas material) worn on back to include: ambidextrous handgun holster, 2 magazine holders (bullets - quick draw), general purpose compartment (can hold additional magazines), main compartment - separate padded laptop case compartment to hold laptop case, outside container for bottle water, shoulder strap and brief case handle, separate cellar phone holder, separate pouch for computer accessories and side slot for business cards, no user logo needed, approx size 15"H x 15"W x 9"D. "One of the major requirements for the bags we desire is the ability to carry a 9mm Sig Saur pistol within the bag. The holster for this weapon should be ambidextrous, and attach to the bag in a manner that can provide for adjusting the holster, and if desired, the removal of the holster from the bag. Additionally, we would like to have two magazine pouches (bullet carriers) attached inside the bag, next to the holster. In addition to the above requirements, we would like pouches for a cell phone, a soft computer case, a water bottle, pens/pencils, business cards, and other computer related accessories," 600 ea.
