Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachment Washington intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price contract with AudioCARE Systems, 207 East King Street, Malvern, PA 19355 for CLIN 0001. Base NT Server with M-Talk license to support 12 telephones, Qty 1 each, CLIN 0002. Staff Adhoc and Emergency Notification System , Qty 1 each, CLIN 0003 License and Support, Qty 1 each for the Bureau of Medicine & Surgery. This will be awarded as a sole source procurement under FAR 6.302-1. See Note 22. A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared. All responsible sources may submit an offer, however, only services meeting the Navy?s requirements will be considered for award. All offers must be received in this office no later than 2:00 pm (EST) on 13 May 2003.
