- NAICS Code: 492110 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Transportation and Air Quality (OTAQ), Transportation and Regional Programs Division intends to award a Purchase Order for the purpose of retrofitting a private national diesel fleet with EPA-verified emission control devices under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement will initiate a highly visible, private national fleet demonstration project in a densely populated region of the country with significant air quality problems in order to encourage other private fleets to conduct similar programs to improve air quality. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 492110.
