Description: Coeur dAlene River Ranger District, Kootenai County, Idaho. Work consists of several distinct watershed restoration items, including obliterating roads by recontouring to match the original hillside, restoring stream channels at road crossings, constructing waterbars and seeding all excavated areas. Channel restoration will involve removing fill and drainage structures at stream crossing sites, installing gradient control structures, and returning these sites to their natural state. Estimated start work of July 15, 2003 with contract time of 90 calendar days. Estimated price range between $25,000 and $100,000.
