Description

Sealed bid to repair damage to four (4) racquetball courts. This project constists of removal and replacement of wall portions, studs, tracks, etc and re-level/anchor ceilings. This project was orignally advertised/bid in December 2002 and has been modified to remove the floor work. A mandatory pre-bid walk-thru for all new bidders will be held at 1400 hours (2:00pm), Friday, May 23, 2003 in building 11-200, Gary JCC, San Marcos, TX. Bid packages may be obtained by emailing or faxing your company name w/physical address & phone number to Marion See or Gaye Smith. Estimated project costs are less than $40,000. All resposible sources may submit a bid for consideration. Bids MUST be sealed and in COMPLETE compliance with ALL specifications.
