- Description
- Lodging Hospitality Management Services. Provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor and supervision necessary to perform lodging hospitality management services and linen exchange services at Moody Air Force Base, GA. Services include minor facility repair, maid and linen exchange services. Services will also include contingency support services (maid, janitorial, maintenance service, amenities, and supplies) for Building 577, Contingency Dormitory. The solicitation number for this procurement is F09607-03-R0005 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System is 721310 and Standard Industry Classification (SIC) is 7021. The small business size standard is $5,000,000. The contract will be for a basic period of 12 months period with up to five (5) one year options. This will be a Performance Price Tradeoff (PPT) in accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 15. The evaluation factors will be past performance and price. The Solicitation will be issued on or about 6 June 03. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available. The solicitation will be available for viewing and downloading on the government Electronic Posting System (EPS) site at www.eps.gov. All prospective Offerors are responsible to visit the www.eps.gov posting site frequently and obtain any amendments or other information pertaining to this solicitation. No telephone calls or written requests for this solicitation will be accepted. This acquisition shall be solicited IAW FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. All amendments will be electronically posted. A copy of the solicitation will be available for review free of charge, at the Contracting Office (Moody AFB GA). The point of contact is Mr. T.
