Description

Services Nonpersonal: Provide all personnel, tools, materials, manuals, supervision, and transportation necessary to perform annual inspection and certification required by OSHA for Lifting Devices located on Keesler AFB, MS. Performance shall begin 01 Jul 2003 and be completed within 30 calendar days. All work shall be performed in accordance with the contract terms and conditions, the Statement of Work, and all applicable OSHA and ANSI requirements. All responsible Small Business sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by this agency. This action is 100% set aside for Small Businesses (NAICS 811310/SIC 7699 - $6 Mil threshold). Solicitation is being electronically issued via the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website. Estimated issue date is 15 May 2003. Offerors unable to access the solicitation or attachments may contact the Contract Specialist for instructions. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued under Commercial Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), and award will be made in the form of a firm fixed price purchase order. Faxed quotes will be accepted at 228-377-3298.
