NA This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and the Test Program outlined in FAR 13.5 as well as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. DACW66-03-T-0056 is issued as a Reque st for Quotation (RFQ). An official copy of this solicitation may be obtained by visiting the Contracting Web Site at www.mvm.usace.army.mil and clicking on Advertised Solicitations or via facsimile at (901)544-3710. DESCRIPTION: Hire of Tender (Fully Op erated), for Gravel Spreading Operations. 2,400 Hours Operating Time. All contract performance shall be in strict accordance with a specification and Department of Labor Wage Determination Numbers 1999-0326, Revision 3, dated 05/31/2001 and 1999-0157, Re vision 4, dated 05/28/2002.
