Description
17.Potential sources sought: The U. S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center is seeking qualified sources that can provide International Marine Products (IMP) panel boards or equal. CLIN 0001. The salinet chracteristcis are 120 VAC, 60 Hertz, 6 circuit on the bottom of panel and 1 circuit in top of panel and seven 2 pole circuit breakers, 200 amp bus, with main lugs, hinged door with glass front NEMA 12 enclosure, surface mounted. Enclosure: NEMA 12 rating. 12" Wide x 16" Tall x 4.35" Deep including door. Constructed of 16-gauge steel with ANSI polyester powder coating, black in color inside and out over a phosphatized surface. Hinged steel frame door with a glass front that maintains the NEMA 12-ingress protection rating. The viewable area through the glass shall be large enough to allow all the circuit breakers and their labels be seen. Door shall be hinged on the left side when looking at the panel board. The hinge pins shall be easily removed so the door can be taken off. The door shall have a wing knob latch on the right side. Mounting ears shall be provided on the back of the enclosure for bulkhead mounting. Trim/Cribbage piece shall be made of 16-gauge steel with ANSI polyester powder coating, black in color over a phosphatized surface. It shall have an external flange 1? wide and an internal flange not more than ?? deep which slips over the outside of the enclosure. It shall be secured in place with fasteners through its face into the joiner work. With the Trim/Cribbage piece install flush with the enclosure door, it shall allow the door to open at least 150 degrees. The interior layout of the enclosure shall have the transformer breaker located at the top of the enclosure and the distribution circuits located below. The transformer breaker shall be physically separated (via a barrier) from the distribution circuits. Bus: Copper 200 Amp @ 248 VAC with main lugs. Circuit Breakers: Standard thermal-magnetic circuit breakers. All breakers shall be double-pole. UL 1077 Listed. IEC B98 Type Approval. Transformer circuit breaker interrupting capacity of 70kA @ 120/240 VAC Distribution circuit breakers interrupting capacity range of 14kA @ 120/240 VAC to 5kA @ 480 VAC, DC rating of 55V per pole, ambient temperature range of -25? C to +45?C. Shock resistant rating of 30g half sine shock load @ 6ms, and a vibration resistance rating of ? 6g. Selectable trip curves. The number of breakers, breaker trip ratings and number of polls required shall be as shown on the faceplate legend attached. Internal Construction: Lugged line side bus bar connected. DIN rail mounted components. All connections and bus work shall be insulated. Custom high-strength polycarbonate faceplate that doubles as a captive device for circuit breakers under high shock conditions. Faceplate shall be black with engraved circuit descriptions in white. Circuit arrangement shall be as shown on the faceplate legend attached. International Marine Products, Inc., Panel board Model Number: PS-AC-8-41 or Equal will meet these requirements. CLIN 0002: The salient characteristics are: 24 VDC, 24 circuits, 22 single pole breakers and 1 double pole main disconnect breaker, 250 amp bus, with main lugs, hinged door with glass front NEMA 12 enclosure, surface mounted. Enclosure: NEMA 12 16" Wide x 20" Tall x 4.35" Deep including door. Constructed of 16-gauge steel with ANSI polyester powder coating, black in color inside and out over a phosphatized surface. Hinged steel frame door with a glass front that maintains the NEMA 12-ingress protection rating. The viewable area through the glass shall be large enough to allow all the circuit breakers, their labels and meters be seen. Door shall be hinged on the right side when looking at the panel board. The hinge pins shall be easily removed so the door can be taken off. The door shall have a wing knob latch on the left side. Meters: Two meters shall be provided. One for Voltage 0-30 Vdc (FS) and one for amperage 0-100 ADC (FS). Bus: Copper 250 Amp @ 415 VDC. Circuit Breakers: Standard thermal-magnetic circuit breakers. UL 1077 Listed. IEC B98 Type Approval. Interrupting capacity range of 14kA @ 120/240 VAC to 5kA @ 480 VAC, DC rating of 55V per pole, ambient temperature range of -25? C to +45?C. Shock resistant rating of 30g half sine shock load @ 6ms, and a vibration resistance rating of ? 6g. Selectable trip curves. The number of breakers, breaker trip ratings and number of polls required shall be as shown on the faceplate legend attached. Internal construction: The main breaker shall break both line side feeders. Line side bus bar connected circuit breakers. DIN rail mounted components. All connections and bus work shall be insulated. The connection at the negative side of the terminal blocks shall be sized large enough to accept a # 2 awg cable. The Voltmeter and Ammeter shall be located at the top of the panel. Quick disconnect electrical fittings shall be installed with the faceplate mounted meters so the faceplate can be completely detached from the enclosure easily. The connections shall be indexed so that the cables for the appropriate meter will only connect to that meter. Custom high-strength polycarbonate faceplate that doubles as a captive device for circuit breakers under high shock conditions. Faceplate shall be black with engraved circuit descriptions in white. Circuit arrangement shall be as shown on the faceplate legend attached. International Marine Products, Inc., Panel board Model Number: PS-DC-32-41 or Equal will meet these requirements. It is the Government's belief that only International Marine Products or their authorized dealers can provide these supplies/services.
