- The U.S. Secret Service has a requirement for a three year lease which includes two (2) option years for Chevrolet Suburbans 4DR 2500 4WD in accordance with the specification attached to Request for Quotation 03Q0019. It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order will be issued from this Request for Quotation. The NAICS Code is 532112 and the small business size standard is $18.5 million dollars. Request for Quotation 03Q0019 is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. This requirement will be procured under Part 12 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) through FAC 01-13. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror, with acceptable past performance, providing the exact item in 03Q0019. No substitutions will be accepted. Request for Quotation 03Q0019 will be issued approximately seven (7) calendar days from the date of this publication. Requests for this Request for Quotation should be submitted via e-mail (michael.velez@usss.dhs.gov) no later than 3:00 pm (EST) May 17, 2003. A Point of Contact and a Fax Number must be provided. Telephonic requests will not be accepted.
