- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is unrestricted. This requirement is advertised as intent to award a Sole Source contract to Toptics Photonics. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 334510, PR No. F1GPL131270500 is issued as a Request for Quote. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-13. The Government intends to award four (4) CLINS for a Tapered Amplifier and Diode Laser System meeting the following requirements: CLIN 1, SYS TA-100-780, Amplifier Diode Laser System, 500 mW Output with PDD 100, PID100, Bias T, FET, Output Optical Isolator Options; CLIN 2, SYS DL-100-780, Laser System, 50 Mw Output with LIR 100, Bias T, FET Options; CLIN 3, Installation; CLIN 4, Shipping. Quotations that do not include prices for all Requirments will not be considered. The item must be delivered no later than ten weeks after contract award. Deliver to Hanscom AFB, MA 01731. The following provisions and clauses apply to this procurement: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, considering delivery time, technical acceptability, past performance, and price. Offerors are required to submit at least three references for evaluation of past performance of same or similar services or items. FAR 52-212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items (all offerors shall include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal); FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, in par. (b) the following clauses apply; FAR 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.232-33. Included are DFARS 252.204-7004, FAR 252.225-7002 and 252.212-7001 (in para. b), the following clause(s) apply: FAR 252.225-7001.
