- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a firm fixed priced contract for Item: Narrative description of the Throttle Controls NOUN NSN P/N QTY Throttle Control 4920-01-365-1706RN 20-4001-2 9 EA **** ***DRAWINGS AVAILABLE: NO*** DELIVERY REQUIRED: 120 days after receipt of order**** THIS IS A PRE-SOLICATION ONLY. A REQUEST FOR QUOTE WILL BE POSTED TO FEDBIZOPS ON OR ABOUT 27 May 2003. REQUEST FOR QUOATION AVAILABLE: TO BE PROVIDED ON OR INITIATION OF THE SOLICITATION. PLEASE WAIT UNTIL SOLICITATION IS POSTED TO RESPOND. Interested person(s) may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for SOLE SOURCE requirement to Celtech Corp. The propose contract is unrestricted. All proposals received within the thirty days after issuance of solicitation, or 45 days after the publication date of this synopsis will be considered. Issuance of the RFQ will not be delayed to review requests from non-Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) country sources. Nothing in this notice contradicts other restriction, identified in the synopsis notice or solicitation, regarding eligible sources (e.g. if this is a small-business set-a-side, foreign sources may not participate as potential prime contractors but could, if otherwise eligible, participate as subcontractors). .
