Description

NA Amendment 0001. Sole Model: The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona is amending Solicitation No. DABJ49-03-T-1504 issued 30 April 03 formerly listed as a sole source. This acquisition has now been changed to a sole model acquisition. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation of a commercial item designated in accordance with special requirements Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. All clauses l isted in the original notice remain unchanged and FAR 52.212-1 is hereby added. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business using SIC Code 3663 and NAICS 334220 for 750 employees or less. USAYPG has a requirement for 16 spread spectrum mod em Model FGR-115WC, RF Modems. The Original equipment Manufacture is Freewave Technology, Inc. The RF Modems offered must be form, fit and function 100 percent with the existing proprietary communication protocol of Freewave Technology, Inc. The closing d ate has been extended to 19 May 2003. FAR clauses/provisions applicable to award are 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items; 52.212-2 Evaluation, Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items; 52.21 2-4 Contract Terms and Conditions, Commercial Items, 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders, Commercial Items; 52.247-34, FOB Destination; DFAS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Imple ment Status or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items.
