- NA The contract work consists of, but is not limited to, the following items of work: (1) Removal of approximately 8,655 SF deteriorated asphalt and concrete pavement in selected areas; subgrade preparation; and full-depth repair with bituminous asphalt. (2 ) Provide all traffic control in accordance with a Contractor-prepared, DelDOT approved, traffic control plan as required to perform the contract work. (3) Replace pavement markings as necessary. Solicitation documents will be available on the web page on or about 28 May 2003 and hard copies will not be available. No written or fax requests shall be accepted. Contractors shall download this solicitation (including drawings) and all amendments (including drawings) from the Internet at the following address https://ebs.nap.usace.army.mil/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp on or after issue date of the solicitation. The official media of distribution for this solicitation is the Web Page. All required software to download the solicitation documents can be downloaded from the web page under ??????Viewers??????. Interested contractors must register on the Internet. If any of the contractor??????s information changes during the advertisement period, contractors are responsible for making changes to their user profile on the Internet. Failure to make changes in their user profile may cause a delay in receiving the solicitation and amendments. Bidders are responsible for printing paper copies of the solicitation including any drawings. Bid will be opened on or about 1 July 2003 at 11:00am. This procurement is advertised as Unrestricted. The NAICS Code is 234120 with a size standard of $28.5 million. The estimated range of the project is $100,000 to $250,000 and bonding is required. Affirmative action to ensure equal employme nt opportunity is applicable to the resulting contract. Award will be made as a whole to one bidder.
