Description

The Dept of Interior, US Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 7, Anchorage, Alaska, Contracting and General Services intends to award a contract to the City of Togiak to hook up water and sewer lines to a USFWS owned cabin in the village of Togiak on property leased from Togiak Native Limited. This is not a competitive request for quotes and the Government does not intend to accept proposals received. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation of information received. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for utility services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only soliticitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-12. The services will be purchased from the City of Togiak, Togiak, Alaska 99678 The following provisions 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerrors-Commercial Items, 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items apply to this acquisition. A completed copy of 52.212-3, Offerror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items must be included with the offer. The following clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial items applies to this order.
