- Description
- The Government intends to negotiate a commercial firm fixed price contract utilizing the procedures under FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items (Clinger-Cohen), for trash containers and trash compactors in support of Public Works Center, Norfolk, VA. The solicitation will be issued under full and open competition procedures on or about 14 May 03. NAICS 423830 with a size standard of 500 employees applies. Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at http://www.neco.navy.mil or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. NO SOLICITATION EXISTS AT THIS TIME.
