Description: FISC Norfolk Det Phila intends to procure non-personal technical support services for the Advanced Concept Technology Demonstration (ACTD) initiative at the USJFCOM in Norfolk, VA. Award of a CPFF, IDIQ contract is anticipated, commencing Oct 1, 2003 through Sep 30, 2004 and containing four one-year options.
