Description

NAICS CODE: 238990. Provide all material, equipment, and labor necessary to perform the work specified in this solicitation. Work will be accomplished in a historic courthouse with courtrooms under conditions where added requirements will be necessary for noise and environment limiting requirements and factors. Work will involve providing all materials and labor needed for Replacement of CFC Chillers (2), associated pumps, removal and relocation of existing cooling tower at the Federal Building/Courthouse in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Estimated cost range is $500,000 to $1,000,000. Solicitation No. GS-07P-03-UDC-1009, Project ROK03039. This project is being procured as a Total HUBZone Set-Aside for small businesses, resulting in a Firm, Fixed-Price Contract requiring the contractor and his subcontractors to furnish a minimum of three references each. Some references must attest to the prime contractor and/or his subcontractors have experience with the types of work in this project and their willingness to use the offeror again. GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically. Notices of the solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation will be posted on this website at: www.fedbizopps.gov. Access to the complete solicitation, specifications, drawings, and amendments to the solicitation will be made available only through a secured Extranet site. Interested parties shall send all requests to access the restricted Internet site, for the complete solicitation, to the attention of the POC indicated in this synopsis. This request should include the contractor's company name, DUNS number, Tax ID#, mailing address (no P.O. boxes) phone number, and e-mail address. Additionally, the contractor must review, complete, and return the attached Document Security Notice (DSN) along with a copy of their business license (if available), to the POC. Upon receipt of the completed DSN, and acceptance of the firm's request for access to the restricted site and the solicition, two separate e-mails will be transmitted, to the e-mail address provided, assigning the firm a User ID and password. These e-mails will provide instructions and requirments for entry into the secured Extranet site and access to the solicitation.
