Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice issued for the purpose of identifying HUBZone or 8(a) small business firms interested in providing Facilities Support Services for the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center at Cheltenham, Maryland. The required services include: administrative support, firearms support, driver training support, grounds maintenance, pest control, warehouse and other logistic support, mail pick-up and delivery, minor facility maintenance support, and environmental support services that includes handling of hazardous material, ammunition, and hazardous waste. The contract term is anticipated to cover a 12-month base year with two 6-month option periods. A draft Statement of Work will be available on or about 02 June 2003. A site visit and pre-solicitation conference will be held on 19 June 2003 at the Cheltenham facility.
