- Description
- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to identify U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Certified HUBZONE small business firms capable of providing all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required upgrade mooring devices at USCG Yard Baltimore, MD. (Work shall be performed above and below of the Shiplift platform. Work on the water will be required.) Work consists of but is not limited to: remove existing cleats and pedestals and repair concrete at eight locations along the east edge of the shiplift pier. Remove and replace 36 mooring cleats with 36 dock cleats at the shiplift pier. Install six new dock cleats including anchorages at the shiplift pier and install electric supply lines four fur capstans. The NAICS for this project is 237990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $28.0M. Vendors interested in performing this requirement are invited to provide the following information to USCG CEU Cleveland no later than 22 May 2003. The Government reserves the right to consider a small business, 8(a) or any other set-aside arrangement as deemed appropriate for this procurement.
