Line Item 0001, required specification item (2) is changed from: Shall be new one-use, type A (shipped to the USA one (1) time only)...to read: (2) Shall be Used Grade A, containers shall have a lockable double entry door. Line Item's 0003, 0005, 0007, and 0009, Change required specifications requirement item (2) from: Shall be used Type B to read: Shall be used Grade B. Submission of quotes due time/date is changed from 3:00 p.m. ET on 15 May 2003 to 3:00 p.m. ET on 19 May 2003. All other requirements of this combined synopsis/solicitation remained unchanged.
