Description

Notice of intent to issue a sole source contract to Raytheon Corp. Chicago, IL. For support of PSC-5 Radio Installation. Line Item 0001: MXF-100-6B Power Supply P/N 568770-810 a quantity of 4 each; Line Item 0002: MXF-364 adaptor P/N 726311-801 a quantity 5 each; Line Item 0003: Power Cable for MXF-100-6 P/N 568770-810 a quantity of 4 each. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Interested parties shall furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide the services sought including pricing data and technical data sufficient enough to determine that a comparable source to the Government is available to the contracting officer NLT 16 May 2003, otherwise an order will be placed with the above named contractor. The Government will be the sole determiner regarding an offeror's ability to meet all requirements.
