Description

NA Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, etc. necessary to demolish four buildings and make site improvements including utility relocations at Birmingham IAP ANG, Alabama. Asbestos is present in one building and lead paint is expected in all buildi ngs. Removal will be in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations. No burning on site will be allowed. All materials must be removed from base property and disposed of properly. Protection of vegetation, natural gas meters and piping is necessary. Estimated cost of construction is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. A non-refundable charge of $80.00 will be required for each full-size set of plans which can be obtained from Alabama Graphics, telephone 205-252-8505. POC is Michelle Dun n.
