- NA PISTON ASSY, LANDING; NSN: 1620-01-089-3527, P/N: 70250-12066-041, Quantity: 680 each minimum/1,680 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement, this is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, applicable to the UH-60 Aircraft . By US Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to US Small Businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. Intended sources are S&L Aerospace Metals LLC, 58-29 57th Drive, Maspeth, NY 11378-2232 ( CAGE 05722), Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., 6900 Main St., Stratford, CT 06615-9129 (CAGE 78286), TEK Precision Co., LTD., 205 W. Industry CT., P.O. Box 9020, Deer Park, NY 11729-9020 (CAGE 65780), and Precision Gear Inc., 112-07 14th Ave., College Point, NY 113 56-1407 (CAGE 21540). Sikorsky, a large business, will not be solicited. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to DEF Dist Depot Red River Receiving Bldg. 499, 10th Street & K Avenue, Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 100 e ach, 495 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 318 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 100 each, 330 DACA. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to ma intain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufact uring knowledge, or technical data that are not economically available to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality of the part. An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity's pr ocedures, as approved by the cognizant Government engineering activity. The qualification procedures must be approved by the Government engineering activity having jurisdiction over the part in the intended application. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. This acq uisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This informatiom cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. No telephone request will be accepted.
