- The Government intends to procure the latest versions of the following specific name brand items: COSMOS/Works Advanced Professional Network with Maintenance (software updates and 24 hours and 7 days a week support - quantity 1 and COSMOS/Works Advanced Professional with Flow Standard Network with Maintenance software updates and 24 hours and 7 days a week support - quantity 1. All items will include the manufacturer?s standard commercial warranty. This procurement shall be done on a Limited Source Basis from authorized COSMOS resellers only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 511210. DELIVERY SHALL BE FOB DESTINATION. Award is to be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR 13). Award is anticipated to be made by 28 May 2003 and Delivery by 27 June 2003. Closing date is 22 May 2003. This requirement will be awarded on an all or non e basis. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS AS ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED IN THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.
