Origin with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-500; New Cumberland, PA, 17070-5001; and Stockton, CA 95296-0130. This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., 600 E. Hurst Blvd, Hurst, TX 76053, Cage Code 97499, because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically availably, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 24 each, 405 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 24 each , 270 DACA. Production Lead-time with Alternate II Clause is 24 each, 338 DACA. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
