Description

The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) has an immediate need for support services in the development of an Information Technology Continuity Of Operations Plan (COOP). This includes both contingency planning (short-term) and continuity planning (longer-term or disaster scenarios), to successfully manage potential disruptions of mission critical and business functions. This plan must address specific contingency planning recommendations for all CSOSA business functions and information technology equipment, applications, and systems. The plan shall be prepared in accordance with all applicable Federal Statues, Executive Orders, Presidential Decision Directives, Federal preparedness Circulars, CSOSA Regulations and generally accepted standards and requirements that will be listed in the Statement of Work. These services are available commercially and the Agency anticipates awarding this effort using simplified acquisition procedures. The estimated solicitation issuance date is June 10, 2003. In order to submit a proposal in response to this Pre-solicitation Notice, qualified parties must submit a Letter of Interest to: CSOSA, Office of Procurement, Attn: Elijah Anderson, 633 Indiana Avenue, NW, Room 880, Washington, DC 2004-2902. Letters of interest may also be faxed to 202-220-5711. The Agency will not accept any Letters of Interest that have not been received in the procurement office after 1:00 PM local time on May 20, 2003.
