Description

NA USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires the services to (1) obtain solubility of CL20 in supercritical carbon dioxide and acetonitrile as entrainer, and (2) develop a process to produce nanoparticles of the CL20 using supercritic al fluids. Period of service will be no later than 16 October 2003. This proposed procurement will be issued on a sole-source basis. The Contracts Office intends to negotiate a firm fixed-price order with Thar Technologies due to proprietary considerati ons. Request for DACA42-03-T-0118 will be issued on or about 3 June 2003 with a closing date on or about 16 June 2003.
