Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to Remove concrete from the top of the foundation to the depth indicated. Provide temporary supports for the tower until new concrete is placed. Assure anchor bolts, reinforcing steel, framing, and other embedded items are not damaged during concrete removal. Place new concrete on the top deck and work around the edges of the deck, access opening, tower anchor bolts, and other items. Slope the top of concrete as indicated. Remove temporary tower supports and assure concrete is worked around. This procurement is estimated between $25K and $100K. The applicable NAICS Code is 235710. Completion time is 60 DANTP. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The response date is an estimated date only. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. NO TELEPHONE OR WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR SOLITATIONS OR POSTING STATUS. When available, all relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings will be available for download exclusively from the Internet by accessing the government-wide Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at http://www.eps.gov. Interested parties are encouraged to register at the website to be notified when information on this project is uploaded. The U. S. Coast Guard Civil Engineering Unit Cleveland website at: http://www.uscg.mil/mlclant/clucleveland may be used as a link to the FedBizOpps website and contains other useful information. (In the future, the Coast Guard will commence distributing solicitations through FedTeds at the FBO (FedBizOpps) Internet Site. To be able to obtain the solicitation the contractor will be required to be registered in CCR and have a MPIN (Marketing Partner ID Number). Any amendments issued to this solicitation will be posted solely on these websites. A Bidders list is not available. Note: This is not a bid; therefore results will not be posted, only the award.
