Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Office, Information Technology Division (AQSS32), Scott AFB IL, intends to issue a full and open competition for Technical Support for the installation of both Data and Power Cables for 50 server racks and additional supporting equipment at Defense Enterprise Computing Center (DECC) Mechanicsburg, 5450 Carlisle Pike, Building 308, Mechanicsburg PA 17055. This work will need to be completed in a period of four weeks during the hours of 7:00AM through 4:00PM, Monday through Friday, exclusive of Government Holidays. Contractor shall provide all required parts, labor, materials, tools, equipment, services and supervision. The Period of Performance is anticipated from 02 June 2003 through 27 June 2003. The place of performance is DECC Mechanicsburg, 5450 Carlisle Pike, Building 308, and Mechanicsburg PA 17055. The Government anticipates award of a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The anticipated Request for Quote (RFQ) release date is on or about 19 May 2003. Vendor proposals in response to this Request for Quote (RFQ) must be received in electronic format in accordance with the RFQ by 1:00 PM, CENTRAL TIME, 27 May 2003. All qualified and responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. THE RFQ AND ALL RELATED INFORMATION WILL BE ISSUED ELECTRONICALLY TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES.
