Description: Sandpoint, Priest Lake, and Bonners Ferry Ranger Districts, Bonner and Boundary Counties, Idaho. Work includes supplying dust abatement materials, surface preparation (grading), and any water necessary to properly apply the dust palliative. Quoters may offer to provide one of three types of palliative: Magnesium Chloride Brine, Calcium Chloride Brine, or Calcium Chloride Flake. FAR Part 12, Commercial Item Procedures and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used. Estimated start work of June 23, 2003 with contract time of 31 calendar days.
