Description: 12 CONS/LGCA intends to extend the current custodial contract for Randolph AFB under sole source to PureService Corporation. The period of performance is hereby extended from 30 May 03 to 30 Jul 03. The reprocurement has been set-side for an Alaskan Native Corporation under the 8(a) Program. We are currently negotiating with an Alaskan Native Corporation. We need to continue services under our current contract until we finalize negotiations. The contract has a variety of quality cleaning service levels for interior and exterior spaces for approximately 117 buildings covering 1.5 million square feet of total service area.
