- A pre-proposal conference will be held in Richland, Washington on June 13, 2003 to present site specific information. In order to prepare for the pre-proposal conference/site tour, prior to close of business (4:00 p.m. PST) on June 4, 2003, you are asked to provide the company name, address, telephone, facsimile, and E-mail address, as well as the number (limit 2 individuals per company), full names, and dates of birth of persons (U.S. citiznes only), planning to attend the pre-proposal conference/site tour by sending an E-mail notice to Scott_W_Petersen@rl.gov.
