- Description
- The FCI and SCP located in Estill, SC, intends to make a single award to a contractor for providing sand/clay fill dirt, price of delivery and drop off should be included. To satisfy various Bureau of Prisons Policies and Federal Procurement Regulations, this institution is soliciting quotations in an effort to obtain fair and non-partial proposals. This material shall be at a minimum. ∙ 7000 CUBIC YARDS FILL DIRT, SAND/CLAY (8 TO 12 PERCENT CLAY), DELIVERY TO AND DUMPING OF MATERIAL AT THE SITE. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation (RFQ-30503-0010-3) is being issued for a request for quote. If you or your firm are interested in providing the sand/clay fill dirt described above, please submit your offer via email or facsimile. Please furnish quotations to the issuing office on or before 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 29, 2003. This is the only solicitation and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration?s Federal Business Opportunities web site. http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-13.
