Description

NA The Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) has a requirement for the purchase of the Improved Cargo Helicopter (ICH) CH-47F Aircraft, Long Lead Items (LLI) in support of Full Rate Production (FRP) of the CH-47F Cargo Helicopter Program for Lots 3 and 4. Authority Cited: Statutory Authority permitting other than full and open competition for this requirement is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by paragraphs 6.302-1 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) entitled - Only one responsible source o r only a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This acquisition will be issued to The Boeing Company, Integrated Defense Systems, P.O. Box 16858, MS P61-93, Philadelphia, PA 19142. ATTN : Ms. Margaret Dwyer (610) 591-9302.
