Description

NA CONTACT Kim Dahabsu, Electronics Engineer, (732)532-3168. This is a market survey to locate potential sources for an additional quantity of AN/ASN-128D Doppler/GPS Navigation Set (DGNS) integration units. Currently the Army has a contract, DAAB07-01-C-B01 4, with BAE Systems, Totowa, NJ for a two-year period, which involves embedding the SAASM card and IFR requirements into five AN/ASN-128B sets. This quantity of five sets is being increased via contract modification to a total quantity of twelve sets to a ccommodate integration testing onto UH-60A/L Black Hawk and CH-47D Chinook aircraft. The prototype AN/ASN-128Ds will be fully capable of receiving an airworthiness release. The Government is not in possession of a complete technical data package for the AN/ASN-128D.
