- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, intends to issue a Solicitation for Design and Fabrication of a Prototype Advanced Full Scale ?Heat Pipe/Bleed Air Cooler" Heat Exchanger. Offerors will be required to submit technical and cost proposals. Award will be made to the offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government. The Solicitation is expected to be released on or about 9 June 2003 and to close on or about 9 July 2003. Solicitation packages will only be available electronically and no hard copies will be sent. This requirement will be 100% set aside for small business. All interested parties may download the solicitation and any amendments at http://www.neco.navy.mil or http://www.fedbizopps.gov after the release date of the Solicitation.
