Description
The government intends to acquire AN/ALQ-211, Suite of Integrated Radio Frequency Countermeasures (SIRFC) on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. A firm fixed price supply contract is anticipated for an initial quantity of five (5) each of the AN/ALQ-211 V(6), herein referred to as Contract #1. A subsequent follow-on indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for a maximum of 247 (V(6), V(7) and V(2)) is anticipated, herein referred to as Contract #2. Other work items under the follow-on contract are expected to include logistics support, field service representative support, data, training, support equipment, contractor hot-mockup, and software support. The intended source of supply is ITT Industries, Avionics Division, Clifton, 100 Kingsland Road, Clifton, NJ 07014. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to this procurement are not available and cannot be furnished. This is a DO-A1 rated order. The solicitation number for the quantity of five is USZA95-03-R-0029. The North American Industrial Classification code is 336413; the business size is 1000. Required hardware delivery of the first unit is March 2005, with deliveries of two units per month thereafter (Contract #1). The Contract #2 delivery schedule will run from 2004 through 2008. FOB: Origin. Inspection/ Acceptance: Origin. Delivery shall be to Blue Grass Army Depot, Lexington, KY. The solicitation will be issued on or about 05 June 2003.
